Special HEP: Geometrical scaling - a window to saturation

We shall briefly introduce geometrical scaling GS as a consequence of a traveling
wave solution of the Balitsky-Kovchegov equation. We shall then demonstrate
the existence of GS in various high energy reactions. At first we shall discuss
GS in deep inelstic ep scattering and then in hadronic collisions.
Among different consequences of GS there is a linear rise of charged particle multiplicity
(Nch) and mean  transverse momentum (pT) with scattering energy. Furthermore,
a correlation of meant pT and Nch is predicted to scale in a way
that depends on the volume excited in a collision. We shall
also discuss GS violation for nonzero rapidities, when Bjorken x of one of
the colliding hadrons becomes large. Finally we shall argue that approximate GS
is seen in heavy ion collisions.
