Research interests

I am interested in understanding the regulation of biological interactions at molecular and cellular level. Current projects include modeling of the signaling pathways involved in the infectious diseases. I primarily use powerful methods of network theory and dynamic modeling. Additionally I use phylogenetic, sequence analysis and structural modeling tools for assistance.
